Abstract
Oxidative Stress Cell Model preparation for intact cell cross-linking
Steps
1.
seed cells for 24h 0m 0s in a 10 cm dish at a density of 6 x 106cells per plate
2.
treat cells for 72h 0m 0s with 5 mM freshly prepared FeCl2 and 100 µM H2O2 in DMEM-complete (filtered trough a .45µM filter)
3.
wash cells with 1X PBS and scrape cells for immunoblotting or intact cell cross linking
