Steps

| NaCl | 1% w/v | 10 g |
| Tryptone | 1% w/v | 10 g |
| Yeast extract | 0.5% w/v | 5 g |
Dissolve following components in 1 L MilliQ water

Autoclave at 121°C for 0h 15m 0s

Pour onto petri dishes (approximately 20mL per plate (10 cm diameter plates)).
4.
Store at 4°C
