Abstract

This protocol details the uptake of αS PFF treatement.

Steps

αS PFF Uptake Protocol

1.

Exchange fresh culture media to cells.

2.

Prepare αS PFF working solution.

Frozen stock is 5, dilute to 0.25 in sterile PBS followed by sonication (1 Sec ON/ 1 Sec OFF) for 0h 2m 0s with 20% amplitude.

3.

Add αS PFF to cells for a final concentration of 4.

4.

Incubate for desired duration prior to lysate collection.
