Abstract

Steps
1.
Add 3g
of monopotassium phosphate (KH2PO4) in a 1L clean bottle.
2.
Add 7.52g
of disodium phosphate dihydrate (Na2HPO4.2H2O).
3.
Add 5g
of sodium chloride (NaCl).
4.
Add 1L
of milliQ water.
5.
Autoclave.
6.
Add 1mL
