Abstract
Protocol for a Double Digestion with EcoRI & PstI
Steps
1.
Add the following material in a Eppendorf tube of 0.2µL
2.
Add2µL of 10X Buffer (Anza)
3.
1µL of EcoRI (Anza)
4.
1µL of PstI (Anza)
5.
Add the necessary uL of DNA for a concentration of25ng
6.
Fill with H2Oultra pure up to 20µL
7.
Incubate for10h 0m 0s at 37°C in a thermocycler
