Abstract

This protocol is used to test mice in the DigiGait behavioural test.

Steps

1.

Habituate mice in the testing room for 60 minutes.

2.

Place mice on the DigiGait treadmill and start the treadmill at 18-22cm/s. Record their movement for 3 seconds then place them back into their home cage.

3.

Analyze 3-second clips with DigiGait Analysis Software.
