Steps
Preparing the Stock Solution
1.
Weigh 25mg (0.025g ) of Chloramphenicol.
2.
Add the chloramphenicol to a 1.5 mL tube.
3.
Add 100% ethanol to the 1mL level on the tube.
4.
Vortex the tube for 5 seconds, repeat 3 times.
5.
Store the tube in the -20°C freezer.
