Artificial Cerebrospinal Fluid VIII (ACSF.VIII)

This protocol describes how to make Artificial Cerebrospinal Fluid VIII (ACSF.VIII). ACSF.VIII is used for multiple applications including incubation of fresh human brain slices prior to electrophysiological recording.
