Abstract

This is Part 7 of "Effects of Online Exercise Intervention on Physical and Mental Conditions in Young Adults with Chronic Neck Pain".

Physical activities have little risk of heart attack and other life-threatening conditions. During the test and trial, if there are adverse reactions such as acute aggravation of neck pain, the test or intervention will be stopped immediately, and emergency treatment will be conducted.
