This protocol details protein extraction procedure.

Protein extraction protocol
1.
Warm reagent to Room temperature.
2.
Add protease inhibitor tablet (1 tablet/10mL) (complete EDTA free).
3.
Add amount of reagent to each sample and transfer to bead beating tube.
4.
Homogenize tissue sample in bead beater (see protocol in notebook), speed 3; let samples sit On ice for 10-0h 15m 0s after to settle.
5.
Centrifuge homogenized sample at 10000rpm,0h 0m 0s for 0h 5m 0s.
6.
Collect supernatants and store in -80°C.
