Simple steps to recover plasmid from paper.
Before start
Have the plasmid on paper
Steps
To recover your plasmid on paper:
1. Be careful to not cut yourself
If you are receiving plasmids in paper format, it is located on spots of DNA for each plasmid. The paper can be stored at 4°C .
Use a clean razor blade to cut out one of the circles containing your DNA.

Immerse the circle in 30µL of TE and pipette to mix.

After waiting for at least 0h 10m 0s, use 2µL to transform competent bacteria.
